Yea actually ive herd the same thing. I believe he is a hermaphrodite and hes going to become just a girl. After the operation she is gonna campaign for hermaphrodite rights world wide. She is especially going to North Korea because herms there are treated the worst of nearly any place in the world and his world tour is gonna take him to the heart of it.
